All of you have heard of the samurai, the ninjas, and the great wars of Japan that ended with the island under one rule. Gifu was where most of it happened. The beautiful mountain peaks (as featured in many movies like ‘Your Name’, and also the samurai classics), and even some of its older breweries, have seen more than their fair share of blood and conquer.
